So many times when in prayer, the focus seems to be put in the wrong place. It shouldn’t be so hard – after all, we are given a blue print.

And what do we see first on the blueprint?

Our Father, who art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done On Earth as it is in heaven.

First and foremost, Praise God above all else. Know that he is hallowed. His name alone should be considered most holy. All of the Kingdom belongs to him, including the heavens and the earth. The author and owner of all, made exactly as he wills it.

Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us. Lead us not into temptation and deliver us from the evil one.

Next, acknowledge that he graciously provides for our needs, forgives mistakes, lapses and sins. But not without the expectation that we should do the same for any, and all of his children.

And last, to safeguard us from wrongdoing, temptations, evil thoughts, and all evil actions or intensions aimed at us.

There seems to have been an error, all this time, the blueprints were upside down! God’s hallowed name, kingdom and will aren’t up at the top, they are the

FOUNDATION!

The groundwork, cornerstone, footings and support for everything that is built upon it, with the requirement to be strong enough to hold the weight of the world.

This shifting seems to have turned things upside down. But, have no worries, even with the provisions, deliverances, forgiveness, protections shifted up on top, this prayer temple will never topple when built upon such a strong foundation.
